The current Registered Manager has a Nursing Qualification and also the Registered Managers Award.
All care staff have either achieved, or are studying for, their NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and have all completed a 20 week training course in Dementia Care.
In 2011 a Diploma in Health and Social Care – dementia pathway is being introduced and our care staff will be amongst the first people to study for this new qualification.
